The Westwood Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 7:00 PM a remote meeting via Zoom due to the COVID-19 state of emergency and in compliance with the Governor’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23 Emergency Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. The meeting will be filmed live by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on local government channel Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42 and Westwood Media Center’s YouTube here https://youtu.be/T5ImJdMLPbk. 1. 25 Phillips Way- EMM EIDR* Public Hearing. The Applicant is proposing to import 100 cubic yards of fill and export a total of approximately 700 cubic yards of earth material to re-grade the property for the construction of a new single family residence.
2. Continued Public Hearing to review and discuss the Draft Comprehensive Plan. The hearing opened on November 17 and was continued to update the draft to include comments received.
