The Accounting Department maintains and ensures the integrity of the Town's financial records and accounting systems in an efficient manner, and maximizes financial operations to enhance the overall financial health of the Town. All financial and accounting data are fairly stated and represented and all statements and schedules conform to current accounting standards.

The Accounting Department provides four (4) major programs/services. These are

  • Financial record keeping, analysis, and reporting,
  • Payroll,
  • Accounts payable, and
  • Municipal liability insurance/risk management.
