The Select Board established a resident committee on November 5, 2018.  The Committee had their first kick off meeting on November 19, 2018.  The Steering Committee met as a group as needed and organized public meetings and events throughout 2019 and 2020.   The Committee met on October 15, 2020 to review a final draft for consideration to then forward on to the Select Board and Planning Board.  A public hearing with the Planning Board to review a final draft Comprehensive Plan is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2020.  The hearing was opened and continued to Tuesday, December 1st and further continued to December 15, 2020. The Plan was ultimately adopted on December 15, 2020 and available here. 

The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee attended Planning Board meetings beginning on October 22, 2019 continuing to January 7, 2020.  The Committee presented initial findings and a first draft to seek Planning Board and Public Comments on the first draft.  Interested individuals were encouraged to attend the meetings.  The purpose of the series of meetings was to present initial findings and return in 2020 with updates.  Drafts were available a week prior to each of the below scheduled meeting dates.  Presentation flyer here.   Below is the list of Public Meetings Related to the Comprehensive Plan
  Steering Committee members worked over the summer 2019 on compiling information to present findings, draft goals and action strategies in fall 2019.  Public presentations, commenced on October 22, 2019 and continued two subject areas at a time were presented until January 7, 2020.  Full schedule  Here is the flyer with meeting details below.  The Committee hosted two open house office hour sessions and invited residents to come talk with us.  We received valuable input on February 10 and February 13, 2020 open houses. Over Summer & Fall 2020 the Committee worked on final drafts incorporating all comments to present to the Planning Board on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
