1. 25 Winter Street. Earth Material Movement (EMM-EIDR)* Public Hearing. Applicant importing ~1,000 cubic yards of fill to re-grade property to construct single-family home on undeveloped lot.

2. 808 High Street. WCOD* Special Permit Public Hearing. AT&T and T-Mobile application for a Wireless Communications Overlay District (WCOD) Special Permit pursuant to Section 9.4.5.4 and Section 7.3 [Environmental Impact & Design Review] to construct a new 100' flagpole style monopole that can accommodate AT&T and T-Mobile antennas and ancillary equipment inside the new pole. At the base a diesel generator on a new concrete pad, equipment shed, and fiber cable in an expanded compound area is proposed.
