Planning Board Article 3 - Amendments Relative to defining [Definitions Section 2] and regulating where various medical uses are permitted and prohibited [Table 4.1.2 Table of Principal Uses]. Amend Zoning Map to establish new Medical Facilities Overlay District and set new special permit criterial in new Section 9.8 for Medical Facility Overlay District].
