Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Emergency Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, the October 27, 2020 Planning Board meeting will be conducted via remote participation by the Board.

The meeting will be live streamed by Westwood Media Center and the public can view the meeting here. Our government channels will be broadcasting the meeting on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42.

The public will be allowed to make comments, if they wish to do so, during the portions of the meeting designated for public comment.

AGENDA

Call to Order: 7:00 pm, Chair will explain meeting procedures.

1.  Homes at 45, formerly known as 45 Clapboardtree St. Open Space Residential Development Special Permit Project by The Green Company. Request to release Covenant and accept a Tripartite Agreement for a performance guarantee.

2.  Open Space & Recreation Plan (OSRP) - Continued Public Hearing on final approved OSRP . The Planning Board submitted a final revised and approved Plan to the MA Division of Conservation Services (DCS) after the July 21st meeting and continued this hearing in anticipation of a final review response by the MA DCS.  The Board will review the final review comments. 

Other Business:
Update on working group plan for spring zoning amendments relative to medical uses
Update on Comprehensive Plan - The Steering Committee has compiled a final draft. Public hearing will be Tuesday, November 17 at 7:00 pm. 
Update on various Board subcommittees and regional committees
