  Attendance and call to order. 

1. Board of Assessors will review meeting minutes from April 30, May 21, July 16 and October 17, 2024. 
2. Board of Assessors will review approved FY25 assessed values and deliberate a recommended “shift” factor in preparation for the FY25 Classification Hearing scheduled for November 18, 2024. 
3. Board of Assessors to discuss policies including: Clause 18 Hardship, abatement inspections, and minimum square footage size for assessing sheds. 
4. Board of Assessors to discuss next meeting date. 
5. Board of Assessors to discuss other business that may properly come before the Board.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

 The Board of Assessors will motion to enter Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with the law, such as but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL C. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 52B).

• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review pending Appellate Tax Board cases which include both confidential applications and income & expense disclosure information.
• The Board of Assessors will not return to open session.
