The Westwood Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM a remote meeting through Zoom due to the COVID-19 state of emergency and in compliance with the Governor’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23 Emergency Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. The meeting will be filmed live by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42 and Westwood Media Center's YouTube channel https://youtu.be/SelmHEYcK90. Those wishing to participate are encouraged to use Zoom webinar as instructed below. The public will be allowed to make comments, if they wish to do so, during the public portions of the meeting designated for public comment.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite our best efforts, we will post on the town website on the Planning Division’s webpage www.townhall.westwood.ma.us, the video recording, as soon as practicable after the meeting. Comments may also be submitted in writing to amccabe@townhall.westwood.ma.us 3 business days in advance to ensure distribution to Planning Board members.

2. Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) Continued Public Hearing. The OSRP was conditionally approved by MA Division of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) July 2019. DCR requested some further information and edits. This hearing has been continued to May 12th to allow time for review and re-submit.
