Chair to call meeting to order and announce that meeting is video recorded by Westwood Media Center.

The Planning Board will meet to hold a special meeting to review/discuss/resolve the two Open Meeting Law Complaints received.

1. Consider Open Meeting Law complaint filed by David Atkins, received by the Planning Department and Town Clerk on February 5, 2020; analyze issues; and possible vote to resolve.
2. Consider Open Meeting Law Violation filed by Christopher Pfaff, received by the Planning Department and Town Clerk on February 5, 2020; analyze issues; and possible vote to resolve
