Mission
Comprehensive review of current and post University Station municipal services and facilities needs resulting in the preparation of a master plan and schedule for addressing the identified needs and establishing a facilities maintenance plan.

 Objectives
In light of existing and proposed municipal staffing and programming and current code, to comprehensively review the adequacy of existing facilities and additional facilities needed and develop a plan for expanding, maintaining and refurbishing existing facilities, utilities and  equipment and for disposing of facilities that are no longer needed.
