Feelings F.I.R.S.T. (Flexibility, Impulse Control, Regulation, Scaling, Tools)

Group Description: This free co-ed clinical group will focus on identifying and expressing feelings in healthy ways, managing big emotions with regulation tools, and building confidence through interactive activities, games and movement.  This group is open to all Westwood residents and students of Westwood Public Schools. 

Please Note: All groups meet in person from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM and are coed. Groups consist of approximately 6-8 children and are co-led by two clinical staff from our department. As a result, all children should feel comfortable and be able to be successful in a 1:4, adult-to-child ratio. All groups are filled on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
