The Planning Board opened the public hearing on zoning amendments on March 1, 2021, and continued the zoning amendment public hearing to Monday, March 8. The full text and details of the zoning articles as revised through March 1 can be found here.

Article 1 - Zoning Amendments Relative to Property on High St. in vicinity of Obed Baker House. - This article is expected to be withdrawn and no action was taken by the Planning Board.
Article 2 - Zoning Amendment Relative to Temporary Uses & Structures to allow an administrative process for short term proposals.
Article 3 - Zoning Amendment Relative to Prohibiting Fire Arms & Explosives sales in the Local Business A (LBA) and Local Business B (LBB) zones.
Article 4 - 4a - Zoning Amendment Relative to Medical Uses - Medical Centers or Clinics and Offices of Health Care Professional
4b - Prohibiting Hospitals in all/any zoning district
4c - Creating new Substance Rehabilitation Facility Overlay District
Article 5 - Zoning Amendments Relative to Housekeeping. No substantive changes only to correct errors and typos.
