The Westwood Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 7:00 PM a remote meeting via Zoom due to the COVID-19 state of emergency and in compliance with the Governor’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23 Emergency Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place.  The meeting will be filmed live by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on local government channel Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42 and Westwood Media Center’s YouTube: https://youtu.be/JWQHzZEeHK0.  Those wishing to participate are encouraged to use Zoom by following the instructions below or by going to https://zoom.us/ click on ‘join meeting’ and entering the meeting webinar ID.

The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.  The public hearing for the Comprehensive Plan is the third agenda item.

The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will attend to participate in the public hearing on the draft Comprehensive Plan. The public hearing was continued from 11/17 and 12/1.  The Planning Board continued the public hearing to review an updated draft revised after 12/1 meeting and any comments received by the Select Board.  The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will be present to participate in the discussion.
