• Designate Early Voting Location for State Election during the following days 10/17-10/30, 2020 to  be facilitated at the Westwood Police Station, Jaillet Meeting Room.
• Designate the Central Tabulation facility for tallying the early voting ballots, November 1, 2020: location to be the Westwood Police Station, Jaillet Meeting Room.  
• Availability on Saturday, October 24, 2020, last day for voter registration for the State Election.
• Availability for November 3, 2020 Election night UOVOCA processing and end of night tallying.

NOTE: Per changes to Open Meeting Law, effective July 1, 2010, notice of any meeting of public body shall include “A listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting”. Topics must give enough specificity so that the public understands what will be discussed, but not necessarily all items that may come up. Please list those topics above.
