The Westwood Planning Board will hold a remote public meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 7:00 PM via Zoom due to the COVID-19 state of emergency and in compliance with the Governor’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23 Emergency Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. The meeting will be filmed live by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42 and Westwood Media’s YouTube channel here. 1. Board Reorganization: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary
2. 247 Station Drive, Cello Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless - (WCOD-EIDR*) Public Hearing continued from 5/26/20. Applicant proposes to install 9 panel antennas, 6 radio heads, 2 junction boxes and associated equipment on roof of the existing three-story building. The panel antennas will extend 8 ft. above roof. The Board requested screening. Applicant request continuance to August 18th meeting, the Board will vote on this request on June 30
3. 169 University Avenue, Wegmans Project Specific Signage – Request to extend time frame for cart corral reusable bag signs.
