The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing Fire Station 1 and build a new 35, 833 sq. ft. station, including but not limited to, apparatus bays, offices, conference and training areas, decontamination areas, triage area, maintenance bay, utility spaces, kitchen, dining and living areas, restrooms, laundry facilities, and fitness room, with associated exterior lighting, landscaping, utilities, drainage, mechanical equipment, generator, and onsite parking, which will result in more than ½ acre of land disturbance.

The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing single-family home, driveway and associated site features and construct a shared driveway within the same curb cut of the existing driveway, to be used in the future for a division of the lot into five single-family lots.
