    Update Rules and Regulations – Continued from April 17, 2024

    Discuss and vote on the adoption and/or amendment of various sets of Rules and Regulations of the Town of Westwood Conservation Commission, including the following:

  • Westwood Conservation Commission Guidelines on Tree and Plant Removal;
  • Regulations for Local Wetlands Bylaw; and
  • Stormwater Management Regulations.

Discussion Items:

1.   Commissioners’ observations around town and next scheduled site visits

2.   Update on significant projects and other topics not reasonably anticipated

3.   Representative for dog park task force – added to agenda 4/24/24

 

 

The plans and application are available for viewing on the Town’s website under “Current Applications Link” for the Conservation & Stormwater Management Division at www.westwoodpermit.org, and click on “Conservation Commission Applications”.   You may also view during regular business hours at the Conservation Commission Office at 50 Carby Street, Westwood, MA 02090.  Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing.   If you cannot attend the hearing please submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission Office at the above address or by email to  kcatrone@townhall.westwood.ma.us at least three business days in advance.
