Planning Board Meeting - Tuesday, April 7:00 pm via Zoom

Call to Order:  7:00 pm

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A Sec. 18 and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Emergency Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, the April 7, 2020 Planning Board meeting will be conducted via remote participation by the Board.

The public is encouraged to join our meeting and participate fully via the Zoom Meeting link or Zoom phone numbers listed below (888)-475-4499. Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so during the portions of the meeting designated for public comment section for each public hearing agenda item. You will be queued up by the system operator and prompted when it is your turn to speak. The Chair will continue to give guidance and instructions as needed.

Our government channels will be broadcasting the meeting on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42.  There is no participation with the YouTube or TV. Please use Zoom to participate.

1. Brigham and Women’s Phase II, 100 Brigham Way – Continued from March 17th meeting. University Station Consistency Review for Phase II for a four-story addition and parking garage as originally approved in the Project Development Review granted May 2017. 

2. 230 High Street, Limited Environmental Impact & Design Review (EIDR)* and Earth Material Movement (EMM)* Public Hearing, Continued from March 17 for public comment.  Participate through Zoom or send written comments in advance to amccabe@townhall.westwood.ma.us. - Toward Independent Leaning and Living, Inc. (TILL) proposes to construct a group home residences for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and intellectual disabilities.  Project also involves import of more than 200 cubic yards of earth material for re-grading for the new construction.

3.  72 Reservoir Road, Earth Material Movement (EMM) Public Hearing, Continued from March 17 for public comment.  Participate through Zoom or send written comments in advance to amccabe@townhall.westwood.ma.us. – Applicant has submitted an earth material movement application for the amount of fill imported and grading changes during the recent constriction of new single-family residence.
