  Approval of Minutes- November 29, 2023

 Public Hearing- Vote to revise Westwood Board of Health Regulation entitled, “Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of Dumpsters”.  Proposed policies in the draft regulation include but are not limited to the following;

• Defining permanent and temporary dumpsters
• Altering hours when loading and picking up dumpsters is permitted
• Removing the exception for loading and emptying times for dumpsters located in areas zoned as business, commercial, and industrial
• Establishing procedures for routine cleaning and deodorizing permanent dumpsters
