The Westwood Planning Board will hold a public hearing, simultaneous with the Finance and Warrant Commission public hearing.

Call to Order:  Chair to announce that meeting is recorded by Westwood Media Center and explain meeting procedures. The meeting will be recorded by Westwood Media Center and live on their YouTube channel. 

1. Continuation of Public Hearing for Zoning Bylaw and General Bylaw Amendment Articles (continued from 2/7/23), including:

    

   • Potential Amendments to Zoning Bylaw related to Earth Material Movement (EMM)
   • Potential Amendments to Zoning Bylaw related to Sustainability
   • Potential Amendments to Zoning Bylaw related to Dumpsters
   • Potential Housekeeping Amendments to Zoning Bylaw
   • Potential Amendments to General Bylaws related to Dumpsters

      

     Due to the rescheduling of the Finance & Warrant Commission’s public hearing to March 1, 2023, this Planning Board public hearing will be opened and immediately continued to March 1, 2023 in the Community Meeting Room at the Westwood Public Library   , 660 High Street, Westwood, MA, beginning at 7:00 pm, so that the Westwood Planning Board can discuss the proposed Zoning Bylaw and General Bylaw Amendment Articles with the Finance & Warrant Commission
