Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, On June 16, 2021, Governor Baker signed into law An Act Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted during the State of Emergency. This Act includes an extension, until March 31, 2023, of the remote meeting provisions of his March 12, 2020, Executive Order. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
This meeting/public hearing will be conducted via remote means. Members of the public who wish to access the meeting may do so by using to Webinar link below. Executive Session: The Conservation Commission will be going into Executive Session issues pursuant to G.L. c.30A, s21 (1)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to a litigation; discussion of which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governing body if discussion were in open session.
