B. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Select Board will be going into Executive Session to discuss three issues, the first pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to Collective Bargaining for Union Personnel; the second and third pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(2) to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations for Non-Union Personnel; all of which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governing body if the discussion were in open session. The Board will be returning to open session.
