- To conduct strategy sessions with respect to collective bargaining and pending litigation, which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the School Committee if discussions were held in Open Session
- To comply with, or act under the authority of, MGL c.30A s.22(f)(g) to review Executive Session minutes, which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the School Committee if discussion were held in Open Session
