The Committee will review and discuss evaluation criteria and recommendations for the Planning Board in relation to potential zoning amendments that are being considered by the Planning Board for Annual Town Meeting in May 2022. The discussion will focus on evaluation criteria for the Planning Board’s consideration while drafting proposed zoning related to the following zoning amendment topic:
- Zoning to comply with Section 18 of Chapter 358 of the Acts of 2020 “An Act Enabling Partnerships for growth” adding new section 3A to the Zoning Act of MGL 40A; and
- By-right multi-family housing zoning within ½ mile of train station for MBTA Communities.
